Compact motocondensing units for medium and low temperature refrigeration, in horizontal construction with hermetic reciprocating compressor and low speed axial or centrifugal motor fan.
SERIAL
- Reciprocating hermetic compressor, mounted on dampers, with discharge silencer and internal clixon.
- High efficiency condensing coil of copper tubes and aluminum fins.
- Centrifugal turbine with static pressure available for condensing air conduction (centrifugal version).
- Refrigeration circuit equipped with high and low pressure switches, ceramic filter, liquid receiver and sight glass.
- Digital condensing pressure control with optional electronic controller, and all/no condensing control on condensers without electrical panel.
- Proportional control of condensing pressure by speed variation of the motor fan (included from MDH series 4 and higher).
- Electric power and control panel, with compressor and motor-fan protection.
- Electronic evaporator control unit (in -N versions with optional electric panel).
- Liquid injection in low temperature models with R-449A.
OPTIONAL
- Changeover to 400V 3N 50Hz power supply.
- Proportional condensation control by speed variation (series 3 axial, and series 0 to 3 centrifugal).
- Oil separator (already included in -V version).
- Crankcase resistance.
- Integrated solenoid valve with body and coil (except -V version).
- Anti-corrosion battery coating.
- Non-return discharge gate (centrifugal equipment).
- Adaptation of air supply to circular duct.
- Vertical impulsion (centrifugal equipment).
- Electric panel and electronic control unit for condensing unit and evaporator control. Larger multifunction control.
- Multiservice version with VRC capacity variation system (including oil separator). Model in table with (V).
Centrifugal turbine (centrifugal version)
- The intarbox centrifugal motocondensers incorporate a centrifugal turbine to allow ducted extraction of the hot condensing air through air ducts.
Air extraction ducts
- Dimensions for discharge ducts in sheet metal, PVC, or glass wool panel, 20 m long (each 90º elbow is equivalent to 5 m long). For lexible or semi-rigid ducts, a larger dimension is recommended.
ECODESIGN OF CONDENSING UNITS
Regulation (EU) 2015/1095 establishes a number of eco-design requirements. For condensing units up to 5 kW and 2 kW in MV and LV respectively, a minimum value requirement is set for the COP coefficient of performance, while for higher power equipment the requirement is referred to a SEPR standardized seasonal performance.
