CHARACTERISTICS FRAME<\/strong>
\nReinforced frame designed for large industrial doors and intensive use, composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with thermal break designed for maximum energy efficiency using 24 mm Nylon and EPDM profile.
\nThe frame has been designed to make the door very energy efficient with a resistance of only 15w\/ml is sufficient for optimum operation with chamber temperatures down to -40\u00b0C.
\nFrame adaptable to all panel or wall thicknesses on site.
\nGreat ease of assembly on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cutout, so that the polyurethane can be sprayed and finally the flashing inside the chamber can be installed.
\nThe frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which guarantee an excellent finish and provide great rigidity to the assembly.
\nScrews are concealed by aluminum caps.
\nStainless steel clamp as standard in LV chambers with thermal bridge break and anti-sinking system. <\/p>\n

\nLeaves injected with rigid polyurethane 43-45 kg\/m3 CFC-free, perimeter frame in 6063 aluminum lacquered textured anti-scratch grey 7012 and galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel sheet with protective film, color Pyrenean White 1006 \/ RAL 9010 and food grade quality.
\nThermal break in refrigerated sheets by means of PVC profile.
\nSponge weatherstripping for better sealing and easily replaceable if necessary.
\nStainless steel screws.<\/p>\n
