INDUSTRIAL CONTINUOUS PANEL – IMPACONT<\/strong><\/p>\n

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The continuously fabricated panel is composed of sandwich panels with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core injected between two sides of cold-formed steel sheet.
\nThe refrigerated panel is intended for the construction of refrigerated and agri-food premises through the installation of vertical and roof panels. It is available in a ribbed, ribbed and smooth finish.
\nIt can also be used for environmentally controlled premises, or air-conditioned enclosures with both positive and negative temperatures.
\nThe refrigeration panel is ground at the outlet by milling to ensure very tight assembly tolerances and optimum thermal insulation and insulation continuity at the joint.
\nThe factory operates with quality and environmental management systems regulated and certified to EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 2015 standards.
\nIMPACONT<\/strong> panels with Euroclass B-s1-d0 Reaction to Fire certificate, FM Approved and manufactured according to UNE-EN 14509.
\nThe 200 mm thick refrigerated panel is certified EI60 (resistance to temperatures of 950\u00baC for one hour).<\/p>\n

The refrigeration panel can be used in both positive and negative temperatures. The usual internal temperature range is between -40\u00ba and +40\u00baC.<\/x>The sheet thickness is 0.5 mm (on request 0.6 mm) with different finishes available: lacquered, Plastisol, PVDF, etc.<\/x>The panel has a fixed width of 1,185 mm (1,100 mm with minimum quantities on request) and a flexible length from 2,000 mm up to a maximum of 15,100 mm. Cutting is made to size according to the installation.
\nThe vertical panels are assembled lengthwise by means of a male-female interlocking system carried out on the forming machine on the continuous production line. <\/p>\n
