AMPO DEMOUNTABLE MODULAR CABINET

This type of cabinets are advisable for places where there is little storage space available. They are used because with the little space they occupy, their load capacity is very large due to the fact that we do not have to have space for a person’s aisle, but everything is useful space.

It is normally preferred by bakers and confectioners because the space inside is ideal for 600×400 mm baking trays.

The tongue and groove panel is one of the main differentiating features of the AMPO chamber.

  1. Modular panel with a tongue and groove profile that makes the assembly absolutely airtight, resulting in perfect joints in its entirety.
  2. Innovative “clipart” joining system which does not incorporate metal parts.

In addition to the conventional AMPO range Modular Cabinets, the following can be quoted for and manufactured

AMPO Modular Cabinets Attached and combine them as desired (different temperatures, doors, …).
AMPO Modular Cabinets, with another measure of depth (600 mm) and height (2520 mm) different from the standard.
AMPO Modular Cabinets with doors both in the front and in the back or replacement of a frame-door panel by a vertical panel.
At the same time with or without interior fittings (guides and grills).

Panel. Galvanized steel sheet and pre-painted polyester with a protective film, color white RAL 9010 and food grade.

Floor panel. Standard floor, inner side in plastic coated galvanized steel with anti-slip coating, outer side in galvanized steel sheet pre-lacquered with polyester.

Thickness. Insulation 80mm (Tª +) 100mm (Tª -). CFC-free polyurethane foam injected at high pressure with a density of 45 kg/m3.

Door dimensions. Large door clearance 610×1700 mm, small door clearance 610×800 mm.

Capacity

  • Standard Includes 4 levels of shelves with 600×400 double reinforced grids per large door 1/1 and 2 levels with 600×400 double grids per small door 1/2.
  • With a 65 mm spacing, the maximum number of shelves is 22 tiers (44 racks or cake pans) per large door span (1/1) and 10 tiers (20 racks or cake pans) per small door span (1/2).
  • With a 95 mm spacing, the maximum number of shelves is 17 tiers (34 racks or cake pans) per large door span (1/1) and 7 tiers (14 racks or cake pans) per small door span (1/2).
  • Polypropylene Container for Clear Door 1/1 is 12 levels (24 units).
  • Maximum load per level 50 kg.
