CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Frame made of 6063 aluminum profiles with thermal break designed for maximum energy efficiency using 24 mm Nylon and EPDM profile.
The frame has been designed so that the door is very energy efficient with a resistance of only 30W/ml is sufficient for optimum operation with chamber temperatures down to -30°C.
Frame adaptable to all panel thicknesses or masonry wall.
Great ease of assembly on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cutout, so that the polyurethane can be sprayed and finally the flashing inside the chamber can be installed.
The frame profiles are joined together by means of pressure brackets, which guarantee an excellent finish and provide great rigidity to the assembly.
Screws are hidden by means of aluminum caps.
Stainless steel clamp as standard in LV chambers with thermal bridge break and anti-sinking system.

Sheets injected with rigid polyurethane 43-45 kg/m3 CFC-free and pre-lacquered polyester galvanized steel sheet with protective film, color Pyrenean White 1006 / RAL 9010 and food quality.
Thermal break in cold leaves by PVC profile.
Sponge weatherstripping for better sealing, easily replaceable if necessary.
Stainless steel screws.
