CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Frame composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with rounded edges. Designed for excellent mechanical performance, aesthetic and sanitary finish.Frame adaptable to all panel or wall thicknesses.Very easy to assemble on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut, to be able to project with polyurethane and finally place the flashing inside the chamber.
The frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which guarantee an excellent finish and provide great rigidity to the assembly.
Screws hidden by aluminum caps.
EPDM weatherstripping on the frame to improve the tightness and fit of the door.

CHARACTERISTICS LEAF
Sheets injected with rigid polyurethane foam 43-45 kg/ m3 CFC free, thick perimeter frame in 6063 aluminum lacquered gray 7035 and galvanized steel sheet and polyester pre-lacquered with protective film, white 9010 and food grade.
Large oval methacrylate viewer, 460×280 mm, with EPDM perimeter.
Stainless steel part for manual push.

FEATURES HINGES
Double action hinges made of gray composite, with stainless steel screws and shaft and with 90° retention.
