Pivoting service door for pedestrian passage in industry between work areas, rooms, offices, etc. With polyurethane injected leaf.
Manufacture in 1 or 2 leaves.

CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Frame composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with rounded edges.
Designed for excellent mechanical performance, aesthetic and sanitary finish.
Frame adaptable to all panel or wall thicknesses.
Great ease of assembly on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut, to be able to project with polyurethane and finally place the
flashing inside the chamber.
The frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which ensure an excellent finish and provide great rigidity to the whole.
Screws hidden by aluminum caps.

CHARACTERISTICS LEAF
Leaf injected with 43-45 kg/m3 CFC-free rigid polyurethane foam, perimeter frame in 6063 aluminum lacquered in 7035 gray and galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel sheet with protective film, white 9010 and food grade quality.

FEATURES HINGES
Aluminum hinges.
Aluminum handle, stainless steel lock, with key, depth adjustable latch bolt. Vertical and horizontal adjustment on strike plate.
