Manufacture in 1 or 2 leaves. Suitable for normal transit of people, trolleys and carts, material highly resistant to cart impacts.

CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Frame composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with rounded edges. Designed for excellent mechanical performance, aesthetic and sanitary finish.Frame adaptable to all panel or wall thicknesses. Very easy to assemble on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut, to be able to project with polyurethane and finally place the flashing inside the chamber.
The frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which guarantee an excellent finish and provide great rigidity to the assembly.
Screws hidden by means of aluminum caps.

SPECIFICATIONS LEAF
40 mm thick injected sheet with exterior and interior finish in polypropylene sheets, with 6063 aluminum profile lacquered RAL 7035 perimeter.
Perimeter weatherstripping of EPDM arrow type, flexible and replaceable, on sides and top to improve sealing.
Oval methacrylate viewer of large dimensions, 460×280 mm, with EPDM perimeter.

FEATURES HINGES
Double action hinges made of gray composite, with stainless steel screws and shaft and with 90° retention.
