CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Reinforced frame designed for large industrial doors, composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with thermal break for maximum energy efficiency using 24 mm Nylon and EPDM profile.
The frame has been designed to make the door very energy efficient. A resistance of only 15W/ml is sufficient for optimum operation with chamber temperatures down to -40ºC.
Frame adaptable to all panel or wall thicknesses on site.
Very easy to assemble on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut to be able to project with polyurethane and finally place the flashing inside the chamber.
The frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which provide great rigidity to the whole.
Screws hidden by aluminum caps.
Stainless steel clamp with anti-sinking system and thermal bridge break in freezing.
SPECIFICATIONS LEAF
Sheets injected with rigid polyurethane 43-45 kg/m3 CFC-free, perimeter frame in 6063 aluminum lacquered textured anti-scratch gray 7012 and galvanized steel sheet and polyester pre-lacquered with protective film, white 9010 and food grade.
Thermal break in cold leaves by PVC profile.
Weatherstripping spongy for better sealing, easily replaceable if necessary. Stainless steel screws.
