CHARACTERISTICS FRAME
Reinforced frame designed for large industrial doors, composed of 6063 aluminum profiles with thermal break for maximum energy efficiency using 24 mm Nylon and EPDM profile.
The frame has been designed to make the door very energy efficient. A resistance of only 15W/ml is sufficient for optimum operation with chamber temperatures down to -40°C.
Frame adaptable to all panel/wall thicknesses on site.
Very easy to assemble on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut to be able to project with polyurethane and finally place the flashing inside the chamber.
Frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which provide great rigidity to the whole.
Screws hidden by aluminum caps.
Stainless steel clamp with anti-sinking system and thermal bridge break in freezing as standard.
FEATURES LEAF
Sheets injected with rigid polyurethane 43-45 kg/m3 CFC-free and pre-lacquered polyester galvanized steel sheet with protective film, white 9010 and food quality.
Thermal bridge break in refrigerated sheets by means of PVC profile.
Sponge weatherstripping for better sealing, easily replaceable if necessary.
Stainless steel screws.
