SELF-REPAIRING ISOTHERMAL HIGH-SPEED DOORS

The rapid roll-up doors are designed to divide spaces in a clean way and to obtain a high degree of thermal and acoustic insulation. Can be integrated into any industry. Very suitable for premises with heavy traffic of vehicles. Rapid roll-up door with double canvas and internal chamber to achieve a higher insulation than a 120 mm thick refrigeration panel.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CANVAS
900 g/m2 and 0.8 mm thick PVC tarpaulin, with a transparent PVC display strip of density 1.22 g/cm3 and 3 mm thick.

ALUMINIUM PROFILING
6060 T5 extruded aluminum profiles. Choice of white lacquered or anodized stainless steel finish.

POWER SUPPLY AND CONTROL
Single-phase power supply 230 V, 50 Hz with nominal current 1.75 A and 10 A peak. Frequency inverter, which controls the motor and achieves a smooth movement of the door, preserving the durability of the different mechanical parts of the system. Position detection system by means of magnetic encoder.
1.2 m/s opening by means of contactless pushbutton, with the following options: remote control, photocell, handle, radar and magnetic loop. Safety photocell at closing. 960 gr/m2 fabric with transparent visualization strip.
Working temperature from -30ºC to 50ºC.

Optional

Left or right drum motor free of charge.
Canvas colors Yellow (1003), Orange (2004), Red (3002), Blue (5010), Green (6028), Gray (7038) and White (9016) free of charge.
White lacquered aluminum or anodized stainless steel profile free of charge.
