This type of reach-in is ideal for locations with reduced space for storage. It’s ideal because it only occupies a small space, and as it doesn’t require any space for people to move inside, the whole interior capacity can be used for storage.
Normally this type of reach-in is preferred by bakers and confectioners, as the interior shelving size is 600x400mm.
Panel. Standard coating of galvanized metal plate painted with white food certified piant, colour ral 9010 and protective film.
Floor panel. Standard Floor:Inside Non-skid galvanized metal plate, Outside White painted galvanized metal.
Thickness. 80Mm (tª +) 100mm (tª –). Cfc-free polyurethane injected at high pressure to a density of 43-45 kg/m3
Door Dimensions. Standard dimensions for doors of 610×1700 mm and 610 x 800 mm.
• It includes 4 levels with double 600×400 mm grate per 1/1 door and 2 levels with double 600×400 mm grate per ½ door.
• For separation of 32mm, the maximum number of shelves (grates or patisary shelves) is 22 units for each full door (1/1), and 10 for each half door (1/2).
• For separation of 95mm, the maximum number of shelves (grates or patisary shelves) is 17 units for each full door (1/1), and 7 for each half door (1/2).
• Polyurethane container per full door 1/1 is 12 leves (24units)
• Load capacities up to 50 kg per level.
