Discontinuous panel manufacturing
The advantage of batch manufacturing is that the panels leave the factory fully finished without any sharp edges on the sheets, with top and floor recesses ready-made. In this way, assembly on site is much faster as cuts and panel handling are reduced.
Batch manufacturing allows greater flexibility for delivery times of different thicknesses. This is important when you need the replacement of a panel that has been damaged during the coldroom assembly.
CLIPART joining system
It is a joining system with no metal parts, made with nylon and fiberglass, which will prevent rusting. This ensures that the panel can be safely disassembled and reused throughout the life of the product.
This system can be operated either with a manual wrench or with an electric screwdriver, saving time and effort.
The protruding part of the lock can be replaced in case it is damaged during transport or due to any accidents during assembly.

Panels certified with the CE Marking, in accordance with the UNE-EN 14509 standard.
Insulation
Rigid polyurethane foam free of CFC and HCFC. Density 44kg / m.
Finishes
The panels are always made of smooth sheet metal. The sheet is made of galvanized steel and pre-lacquered in polyester (25 µ) with a protective film, Pyrenean white color 1006, equivalent Ral 9010. Food grade.

Panel thicknesses and lengths
- Useful width of panel modulation 1140 mm.
- Maximum length: 5,500 mm.
- Thicknesses: 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm.
Injected phenolic floor for industrial chambers
Polyurethane sandwich panel flooring with an injected inner face in phenolic board, tongue-and-groove on all sides, with a CLIPART (nylon with fiberglass) joining system, which prevents the fixing elements from rusting over time, and thus be able to disassemble the floor again for future extensions or reuse with full guarantees.
Injected phenolic soil is manufactured in 2 versions:
- Standard and reinforced version.
- Impafri’s injected phenolic floor is the best solution for cold rooms in which building work is not wanted or cannot be carried out, combined with our industrial refrigeration panel or continuous panel chambers.
