CONTINUOUS INDUSTRIAL PANEL – IMPACONT
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The panel, manufactured in a continuous production line, is a sandwich-type panel with
injected polyisocyanurate (PIR) core between two metal sheets shaped at cold temperature.
The refrigeration panels are intended for the construction of refrigerated areas and agrifood industry and storage environments. It is available in ribbed, fretted or smooth finish.
Also, it can be used for locations with controlled atmosphere, or air conditioned enclosures both at positive and negative temperature.
The refrigeration panel is rectified by milling at the end of the production line to ensure very small assembly tolerance and optimal thermal insulation through continuity of insulation within the union of two panels.
The factory operates with a quality and environmental management systems regulated and certified according to standard EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001-2015.
IMPACONT panels are B-s1, d0 Euroclass certified (Reaction to Fire), FM Approved and are manufactured in compliance with the UNE-EN 14509 standard.
The panel is certified by EI60 at 200 mm thickness (temperature resistance up to 950ºC within one hour).
AVAILABLE FINISHES
The Coldstore Panel can be used for both positive and negative temperatures and is prepared for internal temperature variations between -40º and +40ºC.
The metal sheet cover has a 0,5 mm thickness (on request 0,6 mm) with a range of finishes: lacquer, PVC, PVDF, etc.
This Panel comes in a standard width of 1.185 mm (on request 1.100 mm width – mínimum quantities) and a flexible length from 2.000 mm to maximum 15.100 mm. The cut is made to measure depending on the requirements of the installation.
The vertical panels are fitted longitudinally with a triple tongue and groove fitting system made in the shaping machine of the continuous production line.

• Steel S220/S250 Z140 with 0.5 mm thickness
• On request AISI 304 resistant SST sheet (only on one side available)
• PIR core (polyisocyanurate). Density: 40 Kg/m3 +- 2
• UNE-EN 10346 for galvanised coating and UNE-EN 10169 standard for organics coatings

THERMAL EFFICIENCY
Thermal conductivity coefficient λ for IMPACONT = 0.0205 W/mK
Initial value of λ = 0.019 W/mK (Applus). Thermal transmittance determined accordingly to standard UNE-EN 14509, considering the effect of aging of the insulating core.
New “QUANTEC” PIR formula available with thermal efficiency of 0.0169 W/mK, the best lambda on the market.
