INDUSTRIAL CONTINUOUS PANEL – IMPACONT
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The continuously fabricated panel is composed of sandwich panels with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core injected between two sides of cold-formed steel sheet.
The refrigerated panel is intended for the construction of refrigerated and agri-food premises through the installation of vertical and roof panels. It is available in a ribbed, ribbed and smooth finish.
It can also be used for environmentally controlled premises, or air-conditioned enclosures with both positive and negative temperatures.
The refrigeration panel is ground at the outlet by milling to ensure very tight assembly tolerances and optimum thermal insulation and insulation continuity at the joint.
The factory operates with quality and environmental management systems regulated and certified to EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 2015 standards.
IMPACONT panels with Euroclass B-s1-d0 Reaction to Fire certificate, FM Approved and manufactured according to UNE-EN 14509.
The 200 mm thick refrigerated panel is certified EI60 (resistance to temperatures of 950ºC for one hour).

The refrigeration panel can be used in both positive and negative temperatures. The usual internal temperature range is between -40º and +40ºC.
The vertical panels are assembled lengthwise by means of a male-female interlocking system carried out on the forming machine on the continuous production line.

– S220/S250 Z140 steel 0.5 mm thick
– On request AISI 304 stainless steel plate (only on one side)

THERMAL EFFICIENCY
Coefficient of thermal conductivity λ for

= 0.0205 W/mK
Initial value of λ = 0.019 W/mK (Applus). Thermal transmittance determined according to UNE-EN 14509 standard, considering the effect of aging of the insulating core.
New PIR “QUANTEC” formula available with thermal efficiency of 0.0169 W/mK, the best lambda on the market.
