Discontinuous panel manufacturing
The advantage of discontinuous manufacturing is that the panels leave the factory fully finished without sharp edges on the sheets, with head and floor recesses made. In this way the assembly on site is much faster as the cutting and handling of the panel is reduced.Discontinuous manufacturing allows greater flexibility for delivery times of different thicknesses. This is important when it is necessary to replace a panel that has been damaged during on-site assembly.

CLIPART joining system
It is a joining system with no metal parts, made with nylon and fiberglass, which will prevent it from rusting. This guarantees that the panel can be disassembled and reused with guarantees during the whole useful life of the product.
This system can be operated either with a manual wrench or with an electric screwdriver, saving time and effort.
The protruding part of the system can be replaced in case it is damaged during transport or by accidents during assembly.

Panels certified with CE marking, according to UNE-EN 14509.

Finishes
The panels are always made of smooth sheet metal. The sheet is made of galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel (25 µ) with a protective film, color Pyrenean white
1006, RAL 9010 equivalent. Food quality.

Upon request:

• Stainless steel.
• PVC plasticized steel sheet.

Panel thicknesses and lengths

• • Useful width of panel modulation 1140 mm.
  • Maximum length: 5,500 mm.
  • Thicknesses: 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm.

Injected phenolic floor for industrial chambers
Polyurethane sandwich panel floor with the inner side injected in phenolic board, tongue and groove on all sides, with CLIPART joint system (nylon with fiberglass), which prevents the fasteners from rusting over time, and thus allows the floor to be disassembled again for future expansions or reuse with full guarantees.

The injected phenolic flooring is manufactured in 2 versions:

• Standard and reinforced version.
