POLAR MAX CAMERA

The POLAR MAX cold room range is the result of important efforts in research.
It is a high quality product, due to the new advantages it includes and adding the modularity of 200 in 200 mm.

NEW

Polar Max+
Upon availability it can be ordered in Polar Max + mode.
As a novelty, it presents more watertightness in all the recessed edges in floor, ceiling and corners; and ease of assembly.
Ceilings supported on vertical panel to improve mechanical strength and bearing capacity for the assembly of refrigeration equipment.
Clipart joining system as in Polar Max range.

Polar
Also available the conventional polar chamber. Its connection system allows the assembly of chambers in enclosures with very tight measurements, without having to leave additional space for mounting.
In the polar range, assembly system based on ABS eccentric boxes equipped with high strength eccentric pieces of double effect and reinforced hook ensuring the union between panels.

Optional: fire resistance panels with Bs2,d0 classification

Modularity every 20 mm

We design, manufacture and commercialize any cold room Polar Max range.

  • Totally customized manufacturing.
  • Different heights, below 2,080 mm and up to 3,080 mm.
  • Different panel finishes, both exterior and interior.
  • Other floor panel finishes: Stainless steel and floorless chamber.
  • Different types of doors: Pivoting doors of other clear span, sliding, swinging, passage, etc.
  • Multiple chamber enclosure of any geometric shape.
  • Abutment coatings

Panel. Galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel sheet coating with a protective film, white color ral 9010 and food grade quality.

Floor panel. Standard flooring with inner side in 9 mm non-slip phenolic board. Outer face in galvanized steel sheet pre-lacquered with polyester.

Insulation thickness. 80 mm (tª +) 100mm (tª -). Polyurethane foam free of cfc injected at high pressure with density of 45 kg/m3 80mm (Tª +)

The tongue and groove panel is one of the main differentiators of the POLAR MAX camera.

Outside dimensions.

Door. Standard pivot door with free span 800×1830 mm, key lock and internal opening system.

Tongue and groove panel

– Modular panel with tongue and groove profile that provides the whole with an absolute airtightness resulting in perfect joints in its entirety.
– Innovative “clipart” joining system which does not incorporate metal parts.
