DOORFRAME DETAILS
Reinforced frame designed for large industrial doors, composed of 6063 aluminium profiles with thermal bridge break to achieve maximum energy efficiency through 24 mm Nylon and EPDM profiles.
The frame has been designed so that the door is very energy efficient. A resistance of only 15W / ml is suitable for optimal operation with coldroom temperatures down to -40ºC.
Adjustable frame for all thicknesses of panel or wall.
Easy to assembly on site. The main frame covers the entire panel cut to meet with the polyurethane, and the frame cover is fitted.
The frame profiles are joined together by pressure brackets, which provide rigidity.
Screws hidden by aluminium caps.
Standard stainless steel doorstep panel with anti-sinking system and thermal break in freezer rooms.
DOOR CHARACTERISTICS
Injected galvanized steel sheets with rigid CFC-free polyurethane of 43-45kg / m3, pre-lacquered polyester with protective film, in white 9010, and food graded.
Break of thermal bridge in refrigerated sheets using PVC profiles.
Spongy seals which are easily replaceable if necessary.
Stainless steel screws.
DETAILS OF FITTINGS.
Heavy-duty sliding system, with stainless steel guide divided into two parts to facilitate
transport and installation. Stainless steel pulleys, with two wheels each and at an angle of 45º
to guarantee a smooth and silent rolling. Covered stainless steel rail.
Stainless steel lower guide.
Inner and outer lever tested at 200,000 cycles, made of stainless steel.
