Impafri’s pathological chambers adapt to the needs of each client as they are fully modular both in width and height to accommodate all the bodies and coffins that are necessary.
Total insulation of the interior of the enclosure to avoid liquid, odor or bacterial leaks.

Refrigerated enclosure for the deposit of carcasses, with independent doors for each one of them.
Expandable in width with 900mm modules.
2 or 3 levels of bodies for each module.
Self-supporting stainless steel structure with removable trays for bodies. The trays are fully removable for cleaning.
The insertion of the structure inside the chamber during assembly would be done by means of screws in the ceiling and floor, without the need to cut or drill any panel.

Panel
Galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel sheet cladding with a protective film, white color ral 9010 and food quality. Also optional in stainless steel AISI.

Thickness
Insulation 80mm.
High pressure injected CFC-free polyurethane foam with a density of 43-45 kg/m3.

Door
Door injected with CFC-free polyurethane with a density of 43-45 kg/m3. Exterior and interior face in white pre-lacquered steel with protective film or in AISI stainless steel.

Doors with free span 700×600mm for body chambers and free span 800×1640 / 800×2240 mm (depending on model) for coffin chambers.

Closing features:
Matte chrome lock with black lever, height and depth adjustable nose. With standard key (keyless as optional).

For operating temperature down to -40ºC. All materials used are RoHS and REACH compliant.
Tested to 200,000 opening cycles.

Hinge characteristics:
Black metal hinges with three-dimensional adjustment. Without opening ramp to allow the door to be left open (optional with ramp and stop at 118º).

Stainless steel shaft and hardware. All materials used comply with RoHS and REACH standards.
Tested to 200,000 opening cycles for 80 kg door (2,000×1,000 mm with 2 hinges).

The tongue and groove panel is one of the main differentiating features of Impafri’s pathological chambers.
