Galvanized and polyester pre-lacquered steel sheet cladding with a protective film, color white ral 9010 and food quality. Also optional in stainless steel AISI.

Insulation 80mm.
High pressure injected CFC-free polyurethane foam with a density of 43-45 kg/m3.
Door
Door injected with CFC-free polyurethane with a density of 43-45 kg/m3. Exterior and interior face in white pre-lacquered steel with protective film or in AISI stainless steel.
Doors with free span 700×600mm for body chambers and free span 800×1640 / 800×2240 mm (depending on model) for coffin chambers.
Closing features:
Matte chrome lock with black lever, height and depth adjustable nose. With standard key (keyless as optional).
For operating temperature down to -40ºC. All materials used are RoHS and REACH compliant.
Tested to 200,000 opening cycles.
Hinge characteristics:
Black metal hinges with three-dimensional adjustment. Without opening ramp to allow the door to be left open (optional with ramp and stop at 118º).

Stainless steel shaft and hardware. All materials used comply with RoHS and REACH standards.
Tested to 200,000 opening cycles for 80 kg door (2,000×1,000 mm with 2 hinges).
